What started as an informal business luncheon club became the Australian Chamber of Commerce in 1987, with the support of the Australian Consulate in Hong Kong. Today, the Chamber has a membership representative of some 500 companies, presents more than 100 professional development seminars and networking events every year
The Australia Arab Chamber of Commerce & Industry (AACCI) is the peak national association for two-way trade and investment between Australia and the Arab League countries. AACCI is a member of the General Union of Arab Chambers of Commerce, Industry & Agriculture (GUACCIA) and has fostered strong links with the Australian State and Federal governments since it began in 1975.
