The OBE Organic business is based on giving back as much as we can to family farmers. We’ve been doing this for over 20 years, and now we’re doing it even more by being a founding supporting partner of Thankful4Farmers.
Thankful4Farmers is a unique collaboration bringing together industries, brands, influencers and consumers in a united effort to raise awareness and generate revenue to create sustainable transformational impact for agricultural in Australia.
From the 1st of November, a portion of sales from supporting brands like OBE Organic will be donated to Thankful4Farmers.
An advisory board of specialists across the industry will evaluate needs and how to partner with other organisations for the best and most effective use of funds raised. Our General Manager Operations, Andrew Blinco, has been appointed to the Australian Advisory Council where he joins a diverse group of people including chef Matt Moran and representatives from organisations including Royal Flying Doctors Queensland, AgForce, Bakers Delight and PwC.
In addition to OBE Organic, other brand partners include Vittoria, Signature Wines, Victor Churchill and Peter Bouchier.
Thankful4Farmers is asking all Australians to purchase products from these brands to raise funds for sustainable change, and to consciously recognise farmers’ extraordinary contribution to our health and economy.
Thankful is based on the science-backed principle that practicing gratitude increases overall individual happiness and can improve mental health & wellness.
