Mark joined the OBE Organic team as a Production and Sales Executive in June 2018.
He holds a dual degree Bachelor of Business Management and Economics (International Trade and Finance Major) from the University of Queensland.
Mark spent his early years on a beef cattle property at Wallumbilla, Queensland, before completing high school as a boarder in Toowoomba. He comes to OBE Organic after having four years experience in the accounts team of an Australia-wide meat wholesale business. He is passionate about the sustainability of agricultural food industries, with a focus on quality production systems and supply chains.
Mark has both Level 2 Beef Specification Certification and Non-Packer Exporter Quality Systems Accreditation with AUS-MEAT.
