Our Heritage Story
Pioneering organic beef in Australia, OBE Organic’s journey began in the 1990s, when a group of visionary family farmers in Australia’s remote Channel Country came together with a simple idea: to share safe, chemical-free beef with families across the world. Their dedication led to the creation of Australia’s first organic beef exporter, built on a foundation of integrity, care for the land, and respect for the animals.
This heritage runs deep. For more than five generations, our families have been committed to family-owned organic cattle farming, raising herds across vast, pristine rangelands untouched by industrial agriculture. The result is heritage Australian beef that carries not only the unique flavors of the Outback, but also a legacy of sustainability and trust passed from one generation to the next.
