Sales and Production Executive – Elizabeth McClymont
Elizabeth joined the OBE team as a Sales and Production Executive in August 2016, after completing a Bachelor of Animal Science majoring in Livestock Production from the University of New England. Elizabeth has a great love for agriculture, stemming from her upbringing on her families mixed cropping, cattle, and sheep property near Goondiwindi in Southern Queensland.
Elizabeth also has a great passion for international travel and has previously worked on a farm in New Zealand, completed an exchange at the University of Wyoming and travelled with the University of Adelaide on the International Livestock Production Tour to Indonesia and Thailand. These experiences have given her great interest in the development and sustainability of the international beef industry, where she hopes to have a successful and prosperous career.
Recently, Elizabeth has also gained her Level 2 AUS-MEAT Beef Specification Certification.
