Big Red Bash

Each year thousands of festivalgoers travel from across the country to Birdsville for the experience of a lifetime – the Big Red Bash. Set in the Simpson Dessert, the Big Red Bash is the most remote music festival in the world and is renowned for its impressive line-up of musicians and fundraising efforts for the Royal Flying Doctor Service (RFDS). Last year the event raised more than $172,000 for RFDS through sold tickets to the iconic Nutbush Dance, Drag Race or Raffle.
