We’ve been processing OBE Organic livestock at the same processing facility for over 20 years. It’s conveniently located on the East Coast of Australia, meaning we have easy access to airports and seaports to move our certified organic beef around the world. Back in the late 1990’s, the facility was called Valley Beef. Whilst it’s called Stanbroke Beef now, there are many people who have played a critical role in our weekly productions over the years. Jim Friis is one of them. He’s the Plant Manager. I try to catch up with him a couple of times a year to say thank-you.
