Dima Sharif of dimasharif.com, a Dubai-based chef and food blogger, wanted to make a multicultural meal chock-full of flavour, so she reached for OBE Organic steaks to create Barley & Mushroom Pilaf with Stuffed Roulades. This “comfort food” as Dima calls it, is ideal for a hearty family meal and uses ingredients such as barley, an ancient grain our paleo diet friends are sure to love.
